yes, very much,, Fresh air, a little exercise, Ipod on full blast, and best of all instant gratification, just like painting. Go out there and have fun. Don't forget to compost your leaves. If you leave them in a pile for days, or weeks on end,, the pile becomes a breeding ground for insects, bacteria, and viruses, remove as soon as you can. Happy raking

No, I chop mine up with the lawn mower. I start on the left side so as the clipping are blown to one side. I may end up raking a few but it's minimized by the lawn mower. That works on my yard, your grass might be better than mine. Also, The small clipping are good for the grass.

Yes. Sometimes it is almost theraputic, being outdoors, and doing light easy work, plus, it is something you only do a few times a year, so it is like a little break to let you know the seasons are changing, and that you have to step up and do your part in the annual ritual.
