No, I'm sure it wouldn't be easy, but it's very doable. Since you are a female, that will make it harder, but I've known some surgeons that had children and loved every minute.
Just remember that if you are going to go for MD schooling, to wait until after you've finished school and become established in a practice somewhere.
MD's have a lot more (money wise) options on getting help with the kids if they need it, but remember that the kids will come first no matter what, and if you want a big family, you might not get into an overstressful career, since it might take away your children's precious time with you!
Good for you for wanting to become a physician and considering this beforehand!

It won't be eay, but many other physicians have balanced a work and professional life before you. It can be achieved.
