My labor has started, does that count?

We got two free matresses for our future children. We got our cats to the vet for the first time in like 6 years. We bought a new fire extinguisher. We went grocery shopping. I did 2 1/2 chapters of vocabulary words while I was working today. I overslept by an hour.
Just getting up in the morning and still being alive is special. Knowing that God created me and I'm saved by Jesus' blood is special.

I found out that the bottle of Chanel's Black Ceramic that I had been put on a wait-list for two weeks ago had arrived. And then when I went to pick it up, some woman was there who wasn't on the list and she got all pissy when I got a bottle and she didn't.
Maybe that wasn't special, but it did make me laugh.

Special yes I played with my dogs today. I watched my grandchildren, boy they are funny some of the things they come up with. I found enough change to buy a loaf of bread. And I get to answer this question. My day was special. Thanks for asking.

I'm 66+, woke up today and still in good health. The sun was out all day even though it was cold. ANOTHER SPECIAL DAY TO ME as is every day.

nice one by the way...I helped someone by babysitting for their kids while they are at work...made me feel good to do something good for somebody else...I also witness a "hit and run" accident today...usually I mind my own business but this time I saw the car that ran and told the police about it...they found the running car hiding out in the same block a few mintues later...I thought it was messed up when they ran...again, the police thanked me for telling them what I saw...anyways, thats all

Nope.....I didn't have to fix dinner....that was a treat. 2 days ago I had something really special though...It was my birthday....I have a great friend...she had sent me a card the day before my birthday....I got 3 animated hallmark cards on line from her the day of my birthday....she sent me an email....and her and her husband called to tell me happy birthday on their way home from work....It is so nice to have such a wonderful friend.

My dog got off her leash & ran away & then came back. I thought I lost her for good. What a b i t c h. I love her!
