Leave him. He is not respecting you at all. Do not bow down to this sort of scum bag anymore. Women need to start realizing that they have to get out before it is too late anyway. He probably is playing you for a fool...let him be the fool who is going to lose a good thing.

My God - you didn't run out of characters? LOL The only way to stop playing these games is for you to do something. He's obviously not going to take the initiative, so it's up to you. Best way? Walk up and say something hot and kind of nasty. If you guys have been together 18 years, I wonder why you cannot talk about this. And I do know you've posted this before.

He needs to fess up. You have to ask him straight out if he is having an affair. You have to ask if he is in love with you and committed to your marriage. If there are other reasons why he is unhappy, you need to show a commitment to him and seek to deal with those problems lovingly.
Find out the most important information and react from there.
Best wishes as you sort this out and hopefully repair your marriage.

don't suspect whether he's cheating. ask him directly and communicate well calmly with him. get all the facts out and express the interest to work on it and seek counseling. make effort and see whether he is willing to. there are reasons to everything but you might never find out. relationship takes 2 people to form and 1 to fail. if he refuses to cooperate and comply, you have to prepare to let go. good luck!

If he is seriously committed to saving your marriage, then you both need to go to marriage counseling. If this is something he will not do, then you will know where he stands in relation to your marriage. Then it might be time to move on.

If you feel in your heart he's cheating he just might be... I've learned that people do things by habit, or by patterns. When the pattern suddenly change, pay more attention. You'll discover the truth

Prepare yourself to guard your heart. Tell him you want to go to counseling to heal your marriage. If he refuses, I am truly sorry. Seek counsel alone.
