Yes, muscles have memory and you can actually gain muscle and strength by working out daily. If you stop, after a while your muscle's will "atrophie" which means they will "wear out" in a sense but you can always get them back or make them bigger until very old age.

If you work out regularly, then yes. Muscles will grow up to almost any age depending on type of workout.

dude, ofcourse. my bro does weights and hes 17, and he likes to get buff. all you need to do is to keep to a schedule. By the way, i personally think you did a good job not getting buff when you wree younger, if you do, it can potentially permanently harm some of the musle in your body. now that you've gone through puberty, and your body has done all the growing it needs to, go for it! i also reccomend doing runs to increase your fitness. Have fun =P!

Well not on their own
you have to lift weights and work out and eat the right foods
Go to the book store check out some mags on men's health .... working out .....weight lifting and it'll give you the info you need on diet and working out if you go to a gym already some body there will help

of corse..muscles dont stop growing just because your skeleton does..you have to eat lots of protein and lift weights tho like anyone else.

just take it easy at first and then continue to increase the mass you're lifting, oh and those strenght drinks wouldn't hurt =)
