I'd bet we've all had at least one. In the movie "Summer of '42", near the end, the narrator utters my favorite movie line: " I was never to see her again. Nor was I ever to learn what became of her." Can you relate to that in your own way? I sure can.

Absolutely. The "one" got away from me 20 years ago and I've never forgotten; even after getting married and having a son. Huge regret.

Even though I am not sure if i can relate to this here are some words that may help you it a song By Hilary Duff even if you hate this singer it will help you understand this question of your there is a video to it it's called "Why Not'' There may never be a sign no flashing neon light telling you to make your move when the time is right this means there won't always be some type of answer but if you don't take a chance then you will never know or learn so why not take a crazy chance why not do a crazy dance if u lose the moment u may lose alot so... why not why not.Yes every single body can relate to this cause everybody has to let go sometime someday.

Not women, the ones in my past need to stay there. I've got my prize right at home. On a more literal note however, I did fight a 70-80 lb. tuna (according to everyone else on the boat who actually got to see it) for about 25 minutes before the mate lost it while trying to gaff it. Losing that yellowfin made me sicker than some of the loves I've lost!

Regrets, well I hate losing the worm but I know they will grow up and I'll catch them next time so I guess I don't have any regrets.

I always feel like somebody older and richer always steals every girlfriend I ever try to be with.
How do I prevent that in the future.
People should be with people their own age I think, and not BUY any women too.

yeah, i do. the only thing i can do to help it is try not to think about it. every now and then he pops in my head but i just have to try and get him out. I do regret letting him go without a fight. I guess i just learned my lesson for next time.

I don't regret letting anyone go, because I'm happily married to my soul mate, but sure, I do wonder sometimes what became of some ex-boyfriends. (Just to be nosy.)

sure there will always be people that I wonder what if.. but I would never wish to change things cause everything happens for a reason and I have my three great kids now that I wouldn't trade for anything.

I am still friends with ALL my past loves! When I met my husband he told me it was very strange!! I have lost touch with school friends though and spend hours at a time reminiscing about them and wondering if we would be as close if we met up again today... :(
