I'm going to venture a guess and say that the red star is larger. Seems to me that the red star , being red, is brighter and hotter than the blue star, which is smaller and colder. Just a guess.

the red star it is a red giant, a blue star is brand new baby star.

Ratio-wise L = [RT²]². Since T = 4, R = 1 (since it has same surface area, implying same radius), L = 4^4 = 256 times . It is 256 times more luminous than Sun.
