.... ISP........ are.... Internet Service Provider......... They're the company you pay a monthly fee to, who'll then access link your computer to the internet...... It's not actually a filing system,.... they just connect you online.....

an ISP is your internet service provider...like AOL, or Comcast cable.....the company that you pay for your internet service.....what files are on it.....doesn't quite make sense...what do you mean?

one way is to map your hard drive of one computer to the other. right-click on your my computer icon and go to map network drive. then click browse. you should be able to find your other computer through the network. I think you might have to create a workgroup first though. to do this right-click on my computer again and go to properties. click on the network id tab. then click on settings or properties. you can create the computer name to be whatever you want. then change the domain to whatever. but the domains have to match on both computers in order to work.
