I hope that you realize that you will have to pay taxes on the gross amount that you took out.
First you need to contact your retirement office, and they will work out the calculation of when you are planning on retiring. they will mail you a worksheet with all of the calculations, taxes, fees is any. They will deduct each month XX dollars from your check. This is set up as a mandatory deduction, and it can not be stopped until you have paid the full amount back.

Is there a way to buy back time? There are no time machines you can buy, so all it would seem you could do is to take measures to prolong your life.
Exercise, diet down to your ideal weight, perhaps move to one of those counties in Colorado where people live longest (mostly around Vail, and N top the WY border).
That is the best I can do.
Go to the YMCA, rather than join a gym, at least until you are sure that you can exercise on a daily basis.
