As much as i LOVE Ghost Rider, I'm gonna have to give this one to Spawn... I mean, have you read his comics lately?!? He is a viritual GOD now... ALL the powers of hell!!! Now, if it had been the Spawn from the first 25 to 30 issues of the series, that would have been one HELL of a fight (pardon the pun).

Ghost Rider would win man. !!!! He is a demon that doesn't decrease in power like Spawn does .
And to the first guy saying Mcfarland has more edge then anyone in Marvel hasn't read anything by Garth Ennis !!!!! Since Ennis is doing both The Punisher and Ghost Rider books !!!!

I think Spawn would win beacuse he has: immense superhuman strength, speed and endurance, Invulnerability, Immortality, Flight, Nigh-omnipotent magical powers, Teleportation, Shape-Shifting, Living symbiotic costume,No weakness. So it is hard to defeat him. But i think ghost rider can have a chance because ghost rider can make you feel bad for all the sins you ever committed, driving you insane, winding up killing ur self.

tough one both made deals with da devil to comeback to their loved ones, Spawn cape can morph into any kind of weapon plus he's a ex-merc but Ghost Rider is like a hell spawn as well with awesome powers as well with a killer bike I have to give it to Spawn by a lil

Ghost Rider is cool, so is Spawn, both have a movie now, both are demonlike, both have sick outfits, but ................ I'm going to have to say Spawn, because his cape protects him from anything.
