lol you asked the same question twice. no geforce is not the best it varries but x1650provs geforce 7600gt, in this case 7600gt is the winner.ATI x1650pro is the rival of geforce 7600Gs which is an slightly slower version of 7600gt. If you play high ended games like Call of duty 2 on resolution higher than 1280 x 1024 then u should look for a better video card.

Most comparisons are between the 7600 gt and an 1800 or 1900 so maybe the 1650 just isn't up to par. Check "tomshardware.com" and research it. They have been around a long time. I usually use nvidia cards because "imo" they are the most compatable with hardware and software.
