We just moved here from OC where we were paying 1600 in Rancho Santa Margarita for a two bedroom, Bakersfield isn't that bad, but it's not Orange County... Do you live in California? How much are you paying?

Just outside of Stockton paying $1400 for a two bedroom apartment. Friend in San Jose paying $1600 for a one bedroom. Ouch!

i've got rented some places over the previous 5 or 6 years together as i became at college. If I lived in a crappy 3 mattress room homestead, my roommates and that i could probable have paid approximately $800 + utilities. We lived in a exceedingly effective 3 mattress room homestead in a effective neighbourhood one 12 months and we paid $1050 + utilities.

I live in Australia. Weekly rent for a two bed. ranges from $150.00 to $250.00 on average. Depends on area, e.g. city or suburbs. City can be much higher on occasions.
