Make up mirrors in the restrooms? Better school lunches? Since we are talking about all girls school though you will have to come up with something not so shallow since it is a well known fact that women are much higher intelligent than men. Perhaps you could come up with something like, "I will treat this position as more of a service position that one of a leadership position. I want to listen to what ideas you have to improve our school and take your ideas to the school administrators for approval or disapproval so that our school can be the best that we know it is." Good luck and I admire your courage.
