Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body.

But rather to skid in broadside, totally worn out and proclaiming:

"WOW! WHAT A RIDE!!"

My philosophy of life comes from the following idea that I actually heard on Oprah!

People's actions either come from Fear or Love.

I choose Love.

Look for beauty in life & celebrate it. I do this through art & music. It's not always easy. Sometimes life can be ugly, painful & difficult & we can get discouraged. The point is to keep going on & to focus on the things that are still worth living for...
