i didn get ur period??!!chk ur question and 13years old n august. my friend wuz at my house and we wer waitin 2 go 2 the fair and i wuz doin dishes and i felt like i peed on myself!sorry thtz gross and wen i went 2 chk....well ther it wuz!i screamed and me and my friends laughed about it the rest of the nite.i had an awful bloating tho and i missed skool a day.tht wuz fun!but thtz my dot story

the week I turned 12, it was also the week of my first kiss, very big time in my life. When it actually happened was horrible, I was staying at my friend's older sister's house where I'd never been before so when I woke up in a discusting mess i just went to bathroom (where there was nothing useful) and used tissue paper till I got home. I couldn't tell my friend since she'd already started like a year before and kind of assumed I had too. I was utterly embarrassed. BTW I was sleeping on a bare mattress in a dining room, totally the Ritz, so I had no problem just leaving and keeping it all to myself.

I was 12. It happened right during a math test. I got up to throw something away and some one kept pointing to my pants, trying to say something and I was like "oh ****" I sorta knew what it was, with the mother talk. During the summer I went to camp and I was just getting familierized with my period, and didn't have like right pads ( I had pantyliners) and thye were awful. And I had no idea how to use a tampon, and now I love tampons they are so much more comforable and pads feel like your wearing a diaper. So, at camp I had gone to bed... the next morning I had the hugest blood spot on the sheet. luckily it was laundry day

I assume you meant how old were we when we got OUR periods...I got mine just after I turned 12. My oldest had just turned 11 when she got hers. I was in school, and she was lucky, she was at home. Nothing interesting...kinda boring. My mom on the other hand was riding her bike off a curb and got hurt. When she went to the bathroom, there it was, bright as day. Scared the living daylights out of her!!! She just turned 11 also. Hope that helps.

I was 11,in the middle of a test in English class. I never knew anything about that stuff,thought I was dying! And it just HAD to be the day that I stole my sister's WHITE cargo pants to wear to school. I think that was 1 of the worst days of my life,and there have been lotsa days,I'm old! lol (I made sure my daughter knew everything there was to know about that.)

I was 11 1/2 years old and my mom never really talked to me about it. So we were shopping at a mall in San Diego where we lived and I went to the bathroom and the proof of it was there. Scared me to death because I didn't know what was happening. The trials and tribulations of being a women...~sigh~.

I actually never have had your period, but I have had my own. It normally happens about once a month due to your body having to get rid of an egg that didn't get fertilized, that's what happens. Your private body part bleeds in order to discard of the egg. I don't know how, it just up and does, lol. And it did one day to me when I was about 11 years old.
