Ever get really angry and say something rude? Which company has the worse (excessive) upselling?

Yes. You call to buy a certain item, and they're trying to sell you all kinds crap that you don't want or need. In my experience, the worst offender is AT&T (phone services).

Yes, but I never been rude, angry yes. But the problem lies with the company not the rep. the idea is to boost sales, we have to apply it with retail sales also. It is viewed as part of customer service. It should really only be a problem when the rep. becomes too pushy.
