Can you give me a website that has a tutorial or walkthrough on how to play D&D? Besides Wizards.com?

there aren't any websites, but your best bet is finding the player's manual (and maybe the DM manual, if you want to know the minutia).
you can probably find it at a comic book store. If you're lucky, you may find it at a bookstore such as barnes and noble.

I know you said you were looking for something other than wizards.com, but I wanted to show this to you in case you had not seen it yet -- wizards.com has an animated tutorial that explains the basics of how to play D&D at www.playdnd.com. It's the best walkthrough of the rules out there.
