My theory about ghosts is kinda farfetched, but hear me out.

I think ghosts are people from the future are coming back in time (2007) to represent someone from a long time ago (2006 or older).

You still luaghing? :(

Well, with technology in the world today, I'd say that everything that is technology, must have fault.

The "time machine" that was built definitely sends you back in time, it just doesn't give you human form. When you go back in time, you are transparent (I'd say, more like a transparent blob of some ectoplasma, and I don't know what that is).

Because they are blobs, they float because their legs would probably give way.

Still laughing? Fine, that's okay.

The future people think it's fun to scare away humans of the year 2007. I bet they'd think it funnier if they scared George Bush out of office with a Lincoln ghost in the White House.

The time machine eventually dies due to some failure. When the time machine dies, the ghosts are gone, and the future people risking their lives for a laugh or two are forever thrown into a dimension created invisibly by the time machine, never to return. Later on, it is most likely that they will create a new and improved time machine, save the people who were stuck in that dimension by warning them prior to the first time, and they'd come back out and go back and scare us again. It goes on and on.

I also believe that people of the future want to go back in time to change something they shouldn't have done (thus the "theory" that ghosts are there to finish "unfinished business"). A person could go back in time, make their younger self more cautious by making them believe their house is haunted. Another person could go back to change what might have led him or her to obesity.

Don't laugh, guys. This is seriously my theory about time travel and the paranormal. I believe the fabric of time can be changed suddenly and easily. We just have to know where and how.

Here's how it works:
A ghost can appear at just about any age they were when they were alive. They can appear as a child, a teenager, an adult or a senior. Usually, if they are someone you may have known in life, they will appear to you in whatever form you are most likely to recognize.

How could you age when you are eptimatic fog, an endearing term I recently made up! Dosen't GHOAST make you think of nothingness? Without skin and bone, meat nor marrow, what on this world could age? Aren't the very existance of GHOAST supposed to come from another realm, or at least glide from a different plane????? Question the reality of the meaning of time!!

Many common definitions of ghosts indicate that ghosts are immortal, or at least grow thinner and thinner, but never truly age.

Technically, ghosts cannot age, because aging requires the eventual death of millions of mitochondria in your body, and, by definition, ghosts do not have bodies.

I tend to believe that being a ghost is a state of limbo where time doesn't exist. So, I'd say no.

No....It's the physical body that ages, by definition a ghost has no body.

Well aging is dependent on time and I don't think time is a factor in their world

No. You do not age. Time does not pass because you are no longer of this world.
