i know its far away until prom season .. but which do you like better dresses that are like tight at the top then poofy towards the bottom or like regular long skinny kind of ones !?

Depends on your body type. If your skinny all the way down then you can wear the long skinny ones. But if you're curvy on bottom then you would wear one that's tight at the top and poofy towards the bottom. Either one is cute if you pick one that's right for you! Good Luck!

Tight at the top then poofy at the top are the best ones if you are kinda skinny. I'm skinny and thats the type i wore to my prom. If you wear the long one you'll just look extra thin like you have no shape while the poofy one is fun, flirty and will make it look like you have shape and you aren't all that skinny. :-D

I think both are cute looking it just depends on the person who wears it. I don't really have a big chest so something that is really tight on top wouldn't look that great on me. I personally like regular long skinny ones.

i think you should try both because i had my heart set on a tight on top n puffy at the bottom kind of dress n ended up going with a tight long dress with a slit so i could move around!!! try on a lot of dresses cause you will know as soon as you put the dress on that that's THE ONE!!!! good luck n have fun!!!!!

It depends on your body shape. Normally, the thinner ones are more modern and glamorous. However, if you want to feel really like a princess go with a poof. The only thing i would stictly avoid is the "mermaid" style that is fitted through the knee then flares out...its not flattering at all.

I like the long skinny ones. They're sexier. But only if you got the curves for it. Dont want to look like a stick. If you buy a dress that gathers at your chest it will make your boobs look bigger.

I think the ones that poof at the bottom look really elegant and formal and the ones that are skinny can look really cute sometimes. It all depends on the dress though. Find one you like and buy it!!
