i think of it does help. each and every so often in existence you forget approximately to be grateful approximately maximum of issues you have, all we do is ***** and ask for greater, and with this approach no longer something ever could be adequate, good? in such states, I continuously remind myself of how my existence is greater advantageous than maximum of folk in the international, there are people who don't have adequate to consume or those without family contributors or those with actual defects or continual illnesses. I continuously think of of people who're earning decrease than me as an occasion, this all facilitates to make me understand how lots I even have and how grateful i ought to be of each and every thing. So each and every time you doubt which you're no longer happy or content fabric, look at people who've much less in comparison to you, you will understand how happy and content fabric and blessed you're.

Yes i do try even though sometimes i realize that convincing myself is a lost cause, the reason i do this is because i was born with depression( a chemical imbalance in the brain) and even though hope is lost doesn't mean i should lose myself in hopelessness because to do so negates the very reason for living and this is a very unhealthy state of mind to be in, i know this and have struggled with it all my life and one day i will be free from such thoughts.

I'm still trying to convince myself. I know that I'm not happy, and I know I have to change a lot in my life to be happy. But I keep acting as if nothing's wrong. Maybe by convincing others that I'm happy, I'm trying to fool myself.

My life needs some cheese!

I am honestly happy! it's my choice! let me give you an example okay?

matthew henry is a well-known Bible commentator. one day he was robbed and that evening made the following entry in his diary:
Let me be thankful---
first, because I was never robbed before
second, because although they took my wallet they did not take my life
third, because although they took my all, it was not much
and fourth, because it was I who was robbed, not I who robbed.

I hope this helps you understand life and happiness a little better.
