If you order through catalogs do you get verbally angry with the TSR taking your order?

Just think about it, if they don't offer upsells they'll litereally get fired, just let them finish (interupting is rude), and say no thank you if you're not interested. Anyone ever been mean to someone they called to order through, what company was it?

i am never rude to people who i'm on the phone with....i understand they are people just like me trying to make a living...i used to work for a hotel and casino place taking phone reservations and providing customer service, and i always hated when people were rude....you're right, if you don't want what they're upselling, just politely refuse....
