If you were married, but you were with someone other than your spouse and you didn't have sex with that person, but you just kissed and stuff...would you consider that an affair. Say it happened that way, then it ended....with nothing.

Yes, I would. Anything you wouldn't do in front of your husband or wife with someone else isn't something you shouldn't be doing at all. The vows don't say that you can kiss other people. You're suppose to be faithful and in my book, kissing another person isn't faithful at all.

How did you get yourself in that situation? If it was a stupid, one time thing and you never saw the person again, then, no. No affair. BUT, if it is with a person that you work with every day, confide in, etc., then I would say that you are walking a tightrope and headed for trouble. I'd say it would be an 'emotional affair'...and those always lead to something more. And that spells trouble. Figure out the 'why' and then take steps to fix it.

Kissed and stuff you say, then yes it was an affair even
though you might not have done sex the stuff was probab-
ly another form of an intimate act between you and the
other person, cheating also involved. So if you want to be
loyal to your husband or wife then the above needs to
stop as its what one does on the side that destroys a
marriage.

Yes, it is an affair. It's the same as saying you are a "little pregnant". PRegnant is pregnant, little or much. An affair is an affair whether sex is involved or not. In this case there's kissing an stuff........that's sexual enough.

It was an emotional affair. Before this kiss happened you and this person began to connect on an emotional level you or whoever began sharing things thur conversation that you should have been sharing with your spouse. You have crossed the line in your marriage! If this has ended learn from it and dont let it happen again and whatever you do dont tell you spouse!

Yeah, that's affair material. The sex doesn't make it an affair, it's the clandestine relationship that is the violation. Sorry, I know that sucks but the line between keeping a secret like that from your spouse and dropping trou is whisper thin.

yes, honey, that is an affair. you kissed someone who wasn't your husband and probably got you a couple of good feels and then you said nothing happen. girl you just had a sexual encounter without the sex and cheated on your husband. the bad part about it is you are going to kiss your husband after you have been slobbing this man down. now if your husband did that to you, you would swear he had sex with the woman. you playing with fire, don't get burnt!!

Well, lets see; you're with someone other than your spouse, there's kissing involved, and your spouse doesn't know. Yeah, it's definitely an affair.

i would say, not an affair.
maybe not fair to your spouse, but if nothing sexual happened, then no.
sometimes people feel things towards other people that maybe they shouldn't and you either act on them or you don't.
just giving a person a kiss does not mean you cheat.
now if you were groping, feeling each other up and stuff like that then yes it was an affair. otherwise, no

I wouldn't call it an affair but it is one step above an affair and I personally would handle it the same as if it had gone all the way.
