There is the one suite that a few others have mentioned. There is also a restaurant with two character meals a day. It is very hard to get reservations. You need to make your priority seating reservations as soon as possible. I believe that Cinderella's Table begins taking reservations 180 days from the first day of your reservation. You are aloud to start calling at 7:00 am. Start dialing at 6:58 am and keep hitting redial until you are through. You might even want to call ahead of time and write down the number sequence that you have to punch in. You can get through to a real person faster that way. For instance Cinderella’s Castle usually books up by 7:05am. Call (407) WDW-DINE and ask them the exact date that you can call.
It really is a great place to take a break and eat. A wonderful view.
Have fun!!!

Ok, I don't know who gave Mike B a thumbs up, but he was one hundred percent wrong. They have had numerous shows about Walt Disney World and Cinderella Castle on TLC, but they all discuss the insides of Cinderella Castle. And the insides do not consist of nothing. It is not hollow.

First off, there five beautiful mosaic murals that tell the story of Cinderella. Under the archway is a newly renovated gift shop, the King's Gallery. The gift shop features specialty items relating to Cinderella Castle, particularly glass and crystal ornaments created by the Arribas Brothers (who have their own shop at Downtown Disney). There is also a restaurant, as others have mentioned, Cinderella's Royal Table which offers Character dining experiences during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There was once a penthouse built for the Disney family, but, as we all know, he passed away before the Magic Kingdom opened, so the penthouse was then turned into an operations area for Vista United Telecommunications. Later it served as dressing rooms for the entertainers performing on Main Street and in the shows at the Castle Forecourt Stage up until July 7, 2006 when it was annouced that the apartment would be completely decorated and upholstered as a 'royal bedchamber'. It's for the "Year of a Million Dreams Celebration." The suite was recently finished and the day before yesterday the first family was awarded an overnight at Cinderella Castle. Each night (on most nights) one family will be selected to spend an overnight.

Hope I could help!

Lower Levels are for cast members and connects to the rest of the underground city.... allows performers to come out for shows on the stage in front of the Castle

Main Level is open air that you can walk through.

There is a Restaurant called Cinderella's Royal Table that is open for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.

The Apartment that was intended for Walt is there like previous poster stated... Rumor is that in is being transformed to a guest suite for the year of a million wishes for lucky guests to stay at.

Some where up there is a room for Tinkerbells flight.... during some Fireworks shows.... Tinkerbell slides down a rope from the upper levels of the castle... not sure when it happens but I have seen it many times.

well for on thing in the upper level there is an apartment that was meant to be u sed for Walt and his family...From Wilki

The interior bedroom of the suite.Inside the upper levels of Cinderella Castle, there is a penthouse that was intended to be an apartment for Walt Disney and his family when they were in Florida. After Walt Disney died in 1966, the apartment was left unfinished - for a period, Roy O. Disney was due to take up residence there but decided against it, in respect for his brother. This space is not large, and can be compared to the size of a master bedroom and bathroom in an average house. There is no kitchen or any other rooms. The penthouse served as the operations area for Vista United Telecommunications (switchboard operators). Up until 2006, it served as dressing rooms for the entertainers ."
You can see pictures of the Apartment at the site below also everything else you want to know about the castle.

EDIT second link below is to a video i just stumble apon online that shows the inside of the Apartment in the castle

the castle has a restaurant and a gift store thats it. you can walk through the castle either going to fantasyland or to main street. on one side of the castle (at the tip of it) is where tinkerbell lands when she does the fireworks show.

an apartment was supposed to be built at the top of the castle but Walt Disney died before the could build it (so the apartment isn't there).
