Wiggle the charger a little to see if it works then. you need to reinstall the operating system. find the disk, and the disk code. If you lost it, sorry to tell yah you need to buy a new one. I reccomend window's xp professional. It costs over 100 dollars I think. Sorry dude. I am 13 BTW and I am a smartie!

try reformatting it

back everything up first

also use a digital meter to test the charger to see if its putting out the labeled voltage

customer service is always helpful too so they may want to send you a new charger

thats just about all you can really do

more than likely your battery is dead in which when you unplug power from the wall your laptop shuts down and that happening often would cause your system files to get corrupted and crash your system.
