how do you create a world of females that are genetically different even though humans can only reproduce asexually? pls help!!

Irradiate the ovaries to cause mutations. Those that are not viable will not survive. Those that are viable will have mutations that ensure that they are different to their mother. Or, you could implant a "X chromosome fertilisation pump", created from other females, these would be used to add a "free radical" single X chromosome to the ovum.
However, this system would not work, no matter how plausible it may seem, because fertilisation requires that most chromosomes receive some parts from a male, not just the Y chromosome.

Hermaphrodites that have more of the female characteristic but, "her" functions will be of both genders.

Stock up on the sperm bank and terminate any future male children. So only the females can survive.

Fertility drugs with genetic modification.

Its call allopatric speciations. All you have to do is separate them, change the living conditions slightly, and given enough time they will be genetically different.
