A threat? Look at North Korea with its WMDs.

Terrorists? Sadaam wouldn't deal with them.

It's not $500 billion. It's $2 trillion ($2,000,000,000,000).

The only "people" who have been "helped" by the invasion and occupation are US oil companies and US government contractors like Halliburton and Lockheed-Martin. Overpayments for no-bid contracts make up more the half of the $2 trillion spent, vis-a-vis, the invasion and occupation would have cost less than half for the same failed results if done differently.

Then again, if it wasn't Chicken George, Dickless Chicanery and the neo-convicts in the Whorehouse, there wouldn't have been a war. The whole purpose of the war was corporate welfare for the rich.

Well you see the terrorist that we killed in Iraq are being replaced by the people of Iran.
They don't want us out of Iraq, because they think they will be next.
And the way it's going they will be next.
But as you said there is a problem with North Korea we may have to deal with first.
So now in a sense we are fighting Iran, but just not in Iran... OK now do you understand the big picture???
And how would selling Iraq oil help the American oil companies anyway?
Think about it.
Our economy is based on supply and demand.
If he were to get rid of Iraq oil the demand would go up wouldn't it!
This hasn't happened... the supply of Iraq oil is at full steam.
If anything the American oil companies are losing money.
But some how most of the people reading this, their brain will bypass this simple logic.

The reason the money is being spent is greed. Many people are making a fortune off of the war. That money can go to help American people who are suffering like the elderly, Katrina victims and cleanup, better medical coverage. There's a million things that this could help in America. It's a shame that every other country but our own is being helped with our tax money. If they're going to give all of this money away to other countries why not stop American middle class paying taxes?

hmmm really that much money and u believe it. the 20 million dollars hourly 24/7 that has been pumped out of iraq's oil pipes and into our politicians pockets could never be repaid back to these people. so the truth should be said the american tax dollars are not going toward iraqis their own billions of dollars are being ripped off from them. it is in the trillions by now. rexamine your statement the money is going to american politicians.

that's what occurs while a rustic facilitates that's politicians to stay in workplace for existence and are in user-friendly terms anxious approximately re-election. no longer in user-friendly terms did we spend this volume, our astonishing gutless leaders did no longer ask for a dime in return. the three trillion is borrowed or revealed money, so it does no longer have been accessible to spend it at homestead.

A wise man once said you have to spend money to make money. A wiser man said scared money don't make money. The wisest man said never use your own money to invest in your business plan.

Our president is wiser than most people think and wiser than most of his supporters give him credit for. Unfortunatly, it doesn't help you, me or his supporters any.
