Need more details please: English or metric? One or two man operated? Manual or power assisted? The office of government procurement would be the best place to start, I think they order these quite frequently...although their sources generally do not offer the cheapest prices... good luck with that.

its not hard to do. all u need to do is make a wooden frame to your required size, 2by4 or 4by4 inches wood works best i think. place painting face side down, frame on the back and then staple/tack painting to frame starting from the middle top. then do the opposite side slightly tightening canvas as u staple/tack, pliers could be used. turn canvas do the same on the other two sides and keep going around and doing the opposite sides till tight around frame. turn corners neatly and staple in place.

I found one at Ace Hardware. It's on the aisle next to the left-handed Crescent wrenches.

Probably the same place you would buy a gallon of prop wash or a yard of flight line. Some body's pulling your leg.

You can find those at the Home Despot, right between the fence post holes and the dehydrated water.

Send me $100 and I will send you mine. I don't need it anymore.
When I cut a board too short I just keep cutting a little bit off until it fits.

They sell them at any local hardware store.I was thinking of buying one for myself but I had to go to the automotive store and buy a bottle of blinker fluid so my turn signal would work.
