Two separate issues. Is it wrong to execute a serial killer? HELL NO! IT SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT IMMEDIATELY UPON SENTENCING.

Yes. If the best our Society can do to people it doesn't know what to do with- is execute them, then WE have a problem. It's OUR choice, & we have to work it out among ourselves. If the best a woman can do with an unwanted pregnancy is have an abortion, then SHE has a problem. It should be HER choice- & up to HER to work it out & deal with it. It's NOT UP TO ME- if a man is to be executed. And it should NOT BE UP TO ME- whether a woman should have an abortion or not. Speeding is not a "constituitional right" -either. But many of us do it- and kill alot more innocent people than abortions and executions COMBINED. It's all about choices...-& whose you want to take away...

I am 100% pro death penalty. I am also 100% pro abortion. My biggest problem isn't quite what you stated, but it's similar! I ask why women can't have permanent sterilization (tubal ligation) if they ask for it, when they do not have children? If they know they don't want kids..... don't ya think allowing elective sterilization would cut down on abortion??? But, most who are anti-abortion also are anti-sterilization (elective).

I used to not really believe inthe deathpenalty but I recently heard a story that just sickened me and really changed my mind.
I just love these l who are so anti-war, anti- execution, but when it comes to abortion- sure, why not?!
