Well I was going to tell you to get some fun hobbies like fishing, mountain climbing and such. Those things tend to cleans the soul. But I see on your profile that you already do these types of things. (Green is my favorite color, too)

I don't think you are goth... You are just a person that needs more alone time than most. I was that way in school, but I wasn't goth and I didn't abuse my body. I never drank smoked or did drugs. I was not very social and didn't have sex until long after high school. Now I deal with people alot because I own my own business, but I still need those frequent trips to the mountains to maintain sanity. That is just how I am and I suspect you are that way, too. Try explaining what you said in your question and your parents will calm down a bit. Assure them you are fine and communicate with them as much as you can.Encourage your father to go fishing or camping with you. He will love it. I hope your parents allow you to enjoy your hobbies. Not all people can be extroverts and that isn't a bad thing. Good luck.

You had better cheer up or I'm gonna cry! Just kidding! Don't sweat the small stuff and just breathe! So this horse walks into a bar and the bartender asks "So, why the long face?" Pretty stupid I know but that's life or so they say. Find a hobby to cheer you up or something constructive to get involved with. Say hi to people you don't know and make new friends because you can never have to many. Last but not least, it could be worse, you could be a starving kid somewhere or in a war torn area. Sorry, that depressed me thinking about it!lol I tried! Sorry! Cheer up! I'm gonna tell your parents if you don't! Best Wishes! See Ya! Smile, it makes people wonder what you've been up to!

I think you need a hobby. Something that you can enjoy on your own time. Take up running or something then you can get in shape and avoid your family. In the meantime. Some more cowbell should cheer you up.

Just remember that you don't know for sure that tomorrow will suck as bad as today. Every day is new.
