i'm a blond and i like to use shimmery sand color on the base of my eyelid and a shimmery medium brown in the crease it makes your eyes brighten up and is subtle enough to go with any occasion

It really depends on your eye color.
You need to play that up, combined with the tone of your skin.
For instance if your eyes are green and you're tan, you could use a deeper mauve or rose color. If you're pale, use a lighter pink tone.
If you're tan and have brown eyes use a deep blue, if your pale, use a lighter blue color.
If you're tan and have blue eyes, use a copper brown color, if you're pale, use a light brown and maybe mix a hint of bronzer in with it.
