They don't shrink and you are wasting a FINE suit if you try to shrink it. And aquablade you should buy 2 or 3 sizes to small, those are meant ONLY for races.

I hear hot water shrinks clothes on top of a very hot dryer. maybe even soaking the suit in water may help as well. It's worth a shot.

You can put it in the dryer, but I don't think they shrink.
The excessive heat breaks down the spandex making it have a shorter life.

Swimsuits don't shrink they only stretch. If you dry them in the dryer they get really big.

YOU CAN TRY HOT WASH AND DRYER BUT MOST SWIMSUITS ARE MADE OF FABRIC THAT DOESN'T SHRINK.
