i have a nokia 6280 connected to 3 in australia can i unlock this phone and who does it in wa?

The 6280 is a BB5 phone and cannot be unlocked yet. The only way you can get this unlocked is by ringing 3 and trying to get them to give you the code. Anyone who tells you that they can unlock it and wants you to post it to them is a scammer. There is not a fix for any BB5 phones yet. Many are working on it and it'll be out eventually...crystal ball says not today, but sometime in the future.....
