yes most of the time and watch in my mirror if there is more than one lane to see if the car coming beside me does the same or I will drive a bit into their lane and make it impossible for them to not stop

I always stop. I think it's rude also.
I stop 20 feet after I run them over, but I always call an ambulance. j/k
