I haven't checked recently but Abercrombie had a jacket very similar to that in navy that was only around 50-60 if that's more in your range.
You might also try ebay. Just type in bomber. You may not be able to find navy but there's tons of jackets like these for auction on there.

first you would have to put a picture on here.you would also need the price of the jacket.there is not one jacket that cost under $100.so if you want a jacket that is going to be torn and smelly go to the nearest dump and find one

try pacsun or american eagle.. a lot of stores stopped selling winter coast and have moved onto summer clothes
