Bill Cowher would be great but that is probably not going to happen. Lovie Smith would be great as well but Chicago will wrap him up with a long-term contract after the Super Bowl. I wish Payton did not go to the Saints this year or he would have been handed the job. If I had to guess I would guess Norv Turner. He has the Dallas connection, but who knows. Jerry Jones has already hired Jason Garrett as the Off. Coordinator which seems crazy to me. Shouldn't the new coach be allowed to assemble his own coaching staff. As a Cowboys fan, I am afraid that Jerry Jones will make the Cowboys like Al Davis has made the Raiders.

A coach who can stand T.O.'s ego(which would seriously suck)and I really doubt it will be Lovie Smith because he's going to the Super Bowl so yeah the Bears aren't going to let him go.I mean it could be a no name person like an offensive coordinator or defensive coordinator it'll be interesting to see who gets the job and what happened to T.O.

A better question is "Who wants to deal with TO and his crap?"

I think there is one guy people (Troy Aikman, etc) are pushing for, but I forget the guy's name. He used to be in the Cowboy fold, I guess. And they say he will be a great puppet for Jerry Jones. . .

Lovey Smith's name has been tossed around a lot, but it's not a very desirable position as long as T.O. is still on the roster, it's more like managing a circus.
