do phone compaines (in particular alltel) add new phones to the ones they sell at the beginning of each month?

i want an LG enV from alltel only I know that verison is the only one who carries it now.

New phones come out about 4 times a year overall. Some carriers wait for a little bit before then introducing a bunch of them. Others stagger the release schedule and put them out one at a time. It all depends. Phones are being produced and released year round.
