depends on the offense they would have to get a waiver, just like the military a felon can get into the military which is a federal job they just need a waiver it also depends on the job they're going for most federal jobs need a security clearance

Depends on the Felony. Be up front about everything. As long as its not murder or drug charges, you can find a job.
