when you use the restore disk that you made you will be back up and running in about 5-7 min.

If you have the installation disk for all your programs, including Windows, you will only have to back up to a disc things like, downloaded music, your browser favorites, email address book, pictures and documents, or whatever else you can't live without. You can download free back up programs, just have to Google it to find the one you like. Windows has a backup program installed but I never used it. Chow
