I look up at the stars or the mountains or the trees and flowers that continue to come back year after year, century after century. Meditation is another deliberate way to consciously experience the eternal. It takes practice and good guidance from a knowing teacher. Read "Heaven On Earth" by Stephen D'Amico, and he reveals the way to do this!

throw away your watch ,diary ,calender
dont celibrate or remember birthdays,
invent the numbers beyond brazillion,
avoid finite statments
it only egsists beyong the flesh ,being locked up in a darkroom allows for timelessness yet it isnt infinite ,thus it only allows a taste of the eternal ,to experience eternal we must pass over.

try to find joy and peace in everything I say and do. Go to church when I can (usually work on Sundays). Finally pray everyday and honor those who came before me so that I can see them in Heaven someday.
