Shawn and his bike have a combined mass of 45.0 kg. Shawn rides his bike 1.80 km in 10.0 minutes at a constant velocity. What is Shawn's kinetic energy?

Please help me with this question.
I'm having trouble solving it.

I'm not sure why no one answered this already but I think the answer is this. First you need to calculate Shawn's constant velocity. That is just v = m/s = 1,800/(10*60) = 3 then you have to plug all that into the Kinetic Energy equation KE = (1/2)*m*v^2 = (1/2)*45*3*3 = 202.5 J of course this is just for Newtonian Physics
