My mother took my cell phone ?

Her cell phone got broken ,so she took my cellphone that i pay for with my job,so my grandma told her to give back the phone ,grandma ask her why she wont give me my phone.I kept shouting for her to give me back my phone so she hit me in my face,can i call the police on her ,i am 9 years old.

Are you serious? Dude, your mom pays for all of your bills, your home, your basic necessities, and even extra luxuries like clothes I assume. Is it so hard to let your mother borrow your cellphone while hers is broken? And no, you can't call the police. The law says parents and teachers may hit their children/students in a disciplinary manner, and you need some serious discipline pronto.

i'm assuming you pay for the phone and the service- no longer her. if so, lock the phone. Then do not provide her the bypass code. swap to prepaid, then in user-friendly words proper up in case you've were given a flat tire on the line. Use landline. Use payphones. they are more inexpensive in any case. you would possibly want to also telephone your service, and ask them to dam calls from the phone to whomever your mom calls.

call them or better yet child welfare...working for things and then having them taken away could lead to mental issues later in life...but why do you have a phone at nine

Nope. Since you are a minor, you have ZERO rights in this country, unless they kill you. If they kill you, they can go to jail. Otherwise they can do anything they want to you.
