bi- meaning two, would mean two races. mixed would mean more than two. so it would likely be bi-racial I reckon.

Bi-racial would describe a person of two races whereas Mixed Race could be any number of different races (the prefix Bi means two ).

A person of 2 races would be both mixed race and bi-race but a person of 3 or more races couldn't be bi-racial.

Are you referring to the three races of man, white, yellow and black? Yes, two of those is considered bi-racial or mixed either one, though mixed will often mean a mixture of all three. These days, it really doesn't mean a whole lot of anything.

Yes and no. It depends how big the part is and how you choose to identify yourself. Actually how you choose to identify yourself is the main factor. For example I'm about three quarters caucasian and a quarter native Canadian, and I choose to identify myself as Metis, which also describes my culture, or as mixed race. It's interesting because some people (who are all white) want me to call myself white, and some people (who are all native) say I should call myself an indian or Cree. Personally I believe that mixed people have a right to call ourselves whatever we want, other than, say, I couldn't call myself Black or Chinese because that wouldn't make any sense, or say if I was one thirty sixth native and I wrote a book based on that (somebody did, I forget what it's called) I would find that an annoying, pointless book, but that's just my personal opinion. It's really up to the person what they make of themselves.

You take your mother's race and your father's nationality. This makes Tiger Woods Asian, Halle Berry white, and Iraq Osama a citizen on Kenya.
