December of course! It's bonus month so your invitees have more money to buy you bigger or more expensive gifts. People tend to splurge during December where heaps of dispensable cash are in abundance. Just make sure you get to reserve a good place 3 months ahead of your wedding date. There are lots of partying so hotels and venues tend to be closed for new bookings during the month itself.
