My one year old motorola razor broke recently so i called in to get another one. I tried to put the old sim card in the new phone but none of my information loaded. Is there anyway i can fix it so my information can load into the new phone?

Thank You

Well as far as I know if you saved all your important stuff to your Sim card than you should be able to see all your information,on the other hand if your memory was saved to your phone well then that might be why your information isn't loading?

The Motorola RAZR does not store its address information in the SIM card. As a matter of fact, 99% of phones do NOT. You need the Motorola Phone Tools software to download your phone book from the old Motorola phone. If the new phone is also a Motorola phone as well, you can then upload it to the new phone using the Motorola tools. Otherwise you have to find a 3rd party program to transfer the phone book to the new phone.
