I don't want to get into a relationship with him but I don't want to hurt his feelings. What do I do?

Ok, I met this guy last year and we started hanging out together, you know, what friends do. Then, he asked me out at the end of the year, and I said no because I just wasn't interested in him that way. So, things went well for a while but then he started hanging with me agiain this year. I mean, he's funny, I enjoy his company. He started buying me stuff and hanging out with me more, until finally he asked me out again. Ok, up till then, I had not been flirting with him in any way or making it seem like I like him. So, he asked me out and again I said I didn't like him that way. He said all this stuff like he can't stop thinking about me and that he wants to get to know me more, but I just don't like him! I mean, I thought we agreed to be friends when I sid no to him last year. So, it's his fault, not mine, because he did not make his advances known to me, he didn't say that he was hanging out with him because he was interested in starting a relationship!

the best thing for you and he is for you to be truthful and let him know what you want and don't want --why be easy??? it will only give him hope and he wont leave you alone

leading a guy on is normally because your own ego and self esteem at that time needs bolstered. but i bet now that you have had that he is surplus to your needs.... fundamental human nature so nothing to worry about...tell him you respect him as a friend and you do find him sexy.. and the fact that he is interested is flattering... but he is not for you... it may be hard... but there is nothing easy about this dilemma.... alternatively... and i know this is hard... ask another of your female friends to come on to him.... he will bite... ask her to tease him a little but not kiss him... if he looks interested then you have an excuse to say to him..'look you really don't like me that much if you are interested in her' this will make him realize that he is free to flirt and go with other women and no one is hurt !!

Talk to him and tell him honestly, but with as much tact as possible, what you've done. Tell him that you don't want a relationship and that you hope he understands. If you believe he will act "correctly", give him a hug and a hug-kiss (put your cheek next to his) after you tell him and wish him well. If none of the hug and hug-kiss stuff sounds right in this situation, most people don't get killed for shaking a hand.

Just tell him to back off that you aren't interested in him anymore. I mean just come out and say it. You are still leading this guy on by not telling him what is really going on with you.

How does one accidentally lead a guy on... you either did or didn't.. Take responsibility for your actions if you did do what you say you did then tell him your sorry for leading him on.. but your not interested in a relationship and don't do it again.

just say u think that u are not a good enough person for the guy try to make ure self a little bit lower then him so that way he thinks u maybe the problem that may occur in thier relation or say ure not the type of grl for him

Kind but direct honesty. Anything else is more hurtful, so you're kind of weighing how much to hurt him at this point.

Have you slept with him or anyone he knows? If not, then bet him that your penis is larger then his. You will need a new front door afterwards, but he will no longer bother you.
