I suffer from this occasionally and the best thing I've found to ease it is exercise. I think it is called "restless leg syndrome" The exercise I do is nothing too strenuous! I stand up and gently and try and touch my toes. (I can never reach!) I can feel the muscles in my back stretching and I usually keep this going for about 5 minutes. Another one I do is put my foot on a chair and bend forward so my head touches my knee. ( Still can't reach !!) This really seems to work for me so give it a try. It won't do you any harm!!!

Maybe you have poor circulation or you might be lacking of a specific vitamine... When I am feeling tired it's usually lack of iron in my body. Or, I don't know if you believe in the Evil Eye... Maybe somebody in the night shift gave you the evil eye and now your body feels strange for no apparant reason. The two types of people to seek help are a doctor or a priest.

sounds like classic RLS (restless leg syndrome), I have it and didn't realize it until I described the symptoms to the doctor, they have played around with my medication and seems like Requip is going to work for me, however there are many meds available that can help
