Well I lived in New York City for many years and I never got stabbed but I did freeze my @ss off!

FYI here in Canada we don't freeze, we live much like you do in the states. We had the warmest and longest summer on record in 2006. Some people here call it Florida of the north. We have free health care, a decrease in personal taxes, thousands of dollars in free grants to make our houses more efficient, lots of job opportunities with an increase in the min wage. Can you say the same about your country? Thanks but no thanks I will take Canada any day over the states.

Well, if I had to choose...get stabbed repeatedly in NYC....I'd be in my beautiful hometown at least.
BTW: To the person that said New Yorkers are rude....we are honest and actually very nice people....some people just can't handle us:)

I'm not all that far from Canada and I'll pick that any day over being stabbed. Much more peaceful demise

i would like to be stabbed in New York City repetitively until i die please :] lol, kind of a weird question... but yeah, i despise the cold, and it doesn't say anything about cold in New York. so I'll say that i would rather be stabbed repetitively in New York City (in the summer!!!)

I'd want to go back to New York, even if I'll die there...but then again, Canada has been my #1 country to go back to...darn it. I think I'd freeze.

guess i'll go with freezing. at least you'd be surrounded by nice people and not a bunch of loud, rude new yorkers.
