I woke at 6am to see my hubby to work for 6:30 (Yeah hes' always in race with the clock) Isaid to him "time to get up and go already""yeah" he said but my dreams and my heart are with you today and everyday.

This morning, as I do every morning, I go back into the bedroom to bid my spouse goodbye for the day. As a rule, I sit on the edge of the bed, pat her on the leg and say "goodbye baby, see you this afternoon. I love you." It's been the same routine for over 30 years. On a few occasions, she was so deep in sleep that she'd call me mid-morning to see if I'd said goodbye that morning. I assure her that I did. My day just wouldn't be the same without it.

How sweet! I woke to an empty bed with pillows surrounding me. He left Friday night to go out and with my luck, he won't be home until Monday. You got a keeper!

Every morning we both tell each other "I Love You" right when we wake up.. he tells me at least a hundred times a day "I love you" and i never ever get tired of it.. I love hearing him say those 3 words..

We always get up and have coffee and a few minutes for ourselves and always kiss and say we love one another...great way to start any day.
