Why is it soo sticky and what makes it different from the other epitheleal cells that make up the penis?

the foreskin has many glands in it that produce hormones and oils such as sebaceous glands.also it is a mucous membrane which is naturally sticking to the head of the penis also a mucous membrane.

The sticky stuff is called smegma. You need to clean the inside of the foreskin better. Try using a mild soap and warm water two to three times a day. If it doesnt go away, it might be a different kind of infestation.

It is sticky because you are not cleaning it properly.

it shouldnt be sticky...if u play with it...clean it!
