But the answer is like this.....

When my teenage daughter's teacher had breast cancer, my daughter was doing searches to find out more about breast cancer. As she was searching to find out what a mastectomy was and up pops naked women with implants and their legs spread wide open with objects shoved up them, then with dozens of pop-ups that caused her to scream from the bedroom......The publisher is the guilty one as there should be some type of way to restrict these pornographic disgusting sites.

So...yes....the publisher is the guilty one.
